Access Statement

Cerdyn Villa has a small step into the front door. Both guest bedrooms are on the 1st floor accessed only by stairs. The stair well has a handrail on one side. Compliance with fire regulations means that there are 2 doors to enter the room, the first opening inwards to a small recess. The en-suites have step in shows.

Cerdyn Cottage - our self catering annex has two steps to the entrance and a fairly narrow hallway. The property is all on one level. The bathroom contains a standard bath and no shower.
